Sell at the West Michigan Mom's Sale
Sell your gently used baby/childrens clothing (size 0-16), maternity clothing, toys, nursery furniture, and anything else that is baby, child, or maternity related at Michigans largest Mom-2-Mom Sale.
Cost
Each 10'x10' booth space is $35.00, this does not include a table, but does include 2 chairs. If you would like to include an 8' x 30" table it is only $45.
Set-up
You may arrange your booth any way you would like! Your table does not have to be at the front of your booth space. You may bring in your own tables, chairs, clothing racks, shelving units, etc. to display items in your booth space. There will be no physical barriers between you and your neighbors so please be considerate and stay within your space. You may set-up your space Friday night from 4-8 pm or Saturday morning from 6-8 am. There will be a limited number of carts available during move-in and move-out. They will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Large Item Fee
Any large items that you would like to sell may be checked in our Large Item Area for a small fee. The Large Item Fee Schedule is based on the price of your large item. Large items are registered during set-up.
Items being sold for $ = fee $
$1-$10=$1
$11-$20=$2
$21-$30=$3
$31-$40=$4
$41+=$5
Refund Policy
We would be happy to refund your registration fee if you are not able to make it to the sale. There will be a $5 fee for all cancelations. Refunds will only be made up to 7 days prior to the sale.
Returned Checks
If you pay for your registration using a check and it does not clear the bank, your registration will be canceled unless other payment arrangements are made.

Parking
There is a parking ramp beneath DeVos Place as well as across the street from DeVos Place. The rates for both of these ramps is $1 per half hour. The Monroe City Ramp has free parking for the first hour. All city streets, except Monroe Center, have free meters on Saturdays. Map of Ramp Locations

•You will never get rained out. All of our sales are held indoors, so you never have to worry about the weather or time of year.
•Make more money. As a seller you keep 100% of whatever you make. The only thing you pay us is for the table rental.
•Pre-shop the sale. You have the opportunity to shop from all of the other sellers before the doors open to the public.
What's Allowed
•You may sell anything new or used that is baby, child, or maternity related. (Childrens clothing must be sizes 0-16)
•You may sell handmade items as long as they are baby, child, or maternity related.
Small Businesses
If you are a small business owner that sells baby, child, or maternity related items we would prefer you purchase a booth space at the GR8 Parenting Event. If you would prefer to purchase one of our regular booths you are required to follow the rules below. We will have staff enforcing these rules during the event.
• You are not allowed to display a banner, sign, POP display, or any other type of promotional items.
• You may keep tags with your companys logo or name on your products.
• You may not distribute any promotional material from your booth.
• You may have a business card available for those who purchase your products.
• If you have any questions on whether or not your business, or the way you wish to display your products, meets our criteria, please contact us prior to registering. If you would like to promote your business in a more visible way please visit www.thegr8parent.com.
What's Not Allowed
•You may not sell anything that is consumable (i.e. food, beverage, formula, over-the-counter or prescription medicine, etc.).
•You may not sell adult size clothing, unless they are maternity clothes.
•You may not bring in outside food or beverage. Concession stands will be available all day Saturday.
Important Information
•Doors will be open the night before the sale from 4pm-8pm for set-up. No pre-shopping will be allowed during this time so that sellers may quickly set-up their tables.
•Doors will open at 6am the morning of the sale for additional set-up and pre-shopping.
•You are responsible for the unloading and loading of your vehicle.
•You must arrive and register before 8 am the day of the sale. Sellers who arrive after 8 am will not be allowed to sell and they will not receive a refund.
•Please bring a friend, so you may shop, take a break for lunch, and use the restroom without leaving your table unattended.
•You are responsible for all of the transactions made at your table, so please bring plenty of cash for change.
•Bring enough bags for your customers.
•Be prepared for shoppers looking for a bargain. If you are not willing to barter, make a sign for your table stating this.
•Most sellers price their items somewhere between garage sale and consignment store prices. You will most likely sell more if you price your items closer to garage sale prices.
•Make sure that any items you put under your table are visible and easily accessible. Nothing may extend past the edge of your booth space. We need to keep the aisles clear.
•Make a sign to let the shoppers know what size and sex of clothing you are selling.
•Include the sizes on the price tags of your items.
•Connect your two and three piece items with safety pins or tape.
•Make sure your items are clean and if there are any defects, make sure they are clearly marked.
•Large items that do not fit in your booth area must be sold in our Large Item Area.
•You must stay for the entire sale! Our shoppers are expecting a certain number of sellers, and if sellers leave early it not only makes you look bad, it makes us look bad too.
•After the sale, Alpha Womens Center will be available to accept donations of unsold items.
